Lincat Opus 800 OG8202/R Gas Countertop Griddle

Attractively brand your meat whilst frying some complementary mushrooms and onions on the same platform with use of this multifunctional Opus 800 Half Ribbed Gas Griddle. Featuring two independently controlled heat zones, one ribbed plate and one flat, you can set a single side to flash fry whilst applying gentler heat for more delicate items on the opposite side simultaneously. Alternatively this also provides the option of using a single zone for more economical performance if demand dips, with the machine's rapid heat response and precise thermal control allowing it to recovery quickly when customer orders begin to peak again.
