These two separate areas give flexibility to your cooking options, with the added alternative of a ribbed plate to set an attractive barbecue style brand to your food. A large drain hole and collection area for excess fat reduces cleaning times, meanwhile a heightened splashguard helps avoid spillages on other kitchen surfaces.
