The heavy duty Blue Seal gas convection oven range G56D with a gas hob provides great versatility, quick heat-up time and even cooking, making this range ideal for use in busy commercial kitchens. Manufactured to be fully modular and with a high quality, heavy duty chassis construction, this range is able to withstand the rigours of daily use with ease. The gas oven has a capacity of up to 2/1 gastronorm and the oven burners feature piezo ignition, while the gas hob burners are fitted with flame failure protection.
